Terms
Our
customer's satisfaction comes first! If for any reason you are not
satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, please
return it within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.
Please
include your order or invoice copy and the reason for return.
All items should be inspected upon receipt. All claims for shortages,
damaged, or incorrect merchandise must be made with 7 days of receipt
and reported to Customer Care. We will exchange any item, as long as it
has not been worn, laundered or soiled.
We
recommend you use certified mail, UPS, FedEx, or some other form of
traceable shipment. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected or
lost shipment.
